HOURS: 09:00-17:15, Mondays to Fridays

ROLE:
As a Receptionist/ Legal Administrator at Sills & Betteridge Solicitors LLP, you will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere. If you are a reliable and personable individual with previous reception experience and/ or an understanding of the legal sector, we welcome you to apply.
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Managing incoming phone calls
- Ensuring that the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and organised
- Coordinating meeting room bookings for internal and external meetings
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Carrying out administrative tasks and audio typing
