If your claim is successful we should be able to recover all, or the vast majority, of your costs from the other party.
Many people have the benefit of insurance to cover the potential legal costs involved in a claim of this nature, often without even realising that they have it. This will usually be part of a motor insurance policy or home (buildings or contents) insurance policy. We will make the necessary arrangements with your insurers to set this up.
We are also able to offer a no win no fee arrangement, under which you would have no legal costs to pay if your claim does not succeed.
