Arrested or Volunteer Interview – We Can Help

If you have been arrested and are detained in a police station or attend for interview as a volunteer, you are entitled to consult a solicitor free of charge. We strongly advise that you seek legal advice at the earliest opportunity – either call us or tell the Police that you would like Sills & Betteridge to represent you.

At Sills & Betteridge Solicitors we offer a 24 hour service, so no matter when or where you are arrested we will be there for you.

Please call 01522 304256

Remember that a friend or relative can instruct us on your behalf if you have been detained.

Some of the most important decisions made in relation to a case are made at the police station. If we are involved at an early stage of an investigation, we are often able to affect the outcome.

You are not obliged to say anything to the police and we advise all clients to maintain their right to silence until they speak with us.

It is your right to have Legal Representation.
