Transactions include:
- corporate banking; representing banks on corporate sales, purchases and management buy-outs involving reviewing and advising on corporate transaction documents in obtaining security in respect of bank lending. Our work has also included advising and drafting inter creditor arrangements, deeds of priority and debentures;
- trade finance; advising and negotiating invoice discounting and factoring agreements and arrangements;
- commercial property transactions; drafting, advising and registering forms of legal charge in respect of commercial property lending arrangements;
