Andrew Goldsborough

Andrew Goldsborough is a Associate Solicitor and works in the Crime Department in our Coningsby office.

Andrew deals with Criminal Law and Military Law.  He completed his law degree whilst serving in the Royal Air Force Police and his LPC was completed at De Monfort University in Leicester.  Since leaving the RAF in 2001, Andrew has worked at a number of law firms in Lincolnshire and also a large firm in Nottingham specialising in “white collar crime”.

Andrew is a Duty Solicitor and represent clients at the Police station and in the Youth and Magistrates’ Court.

Andrew is a former RAF Policeman with extensive knowledge and experience in Military Law and has represented service personnel at interviews by the Service Police, advising on Summary Hearing, representing at Court-Martial and Summary Appeal Court.  This is an area that Andrew is keen for the firm to expand into.  In addition, Andrew has a wide ranging experience in all criminal matters and a strong background in money laundering and proceeds of crime applications and orders, health and safety and regulatory crime and parole hearings/representation. 

Andrew is the lead point for contact for the Forces Law team.

Andrew became an Associate Solicitor in August 2012.
