His day-to-day practice includes Asset Based Recovery (including Cross-Border Recoveries), Breach of Contract Claims, Commercial Contractual Disputes, Complex Debt Recovery, Employment (Restrictive Covenants), Lease Renewal and Service Charge Disputes, Property Disputes (residential and commercial) and Receivership and Insolvency Proceedings.
Alistair has a wealth of experience litigating claims in the County Courts, High Courts and Court of Appeal as well as appearing as Solicitor-Advocate in County and High Courts across the country.
