Megan is an Apprentice Solicitor in our Family Emergency Team.
She assists clients who need protection from domestic abuse, by obtaining applications for non-molestation and / or occupation orders from the Court. Megan also assists on matters relating to private law children proceedings by obtaining emergency orders to protect children.
Megan holds a CILEX Paralegal qualification and a Certificate Of Higher Education in Legal Practice from BPP University.
She regularly attends Women’s Aid meetings and runs free clinics to provide advice to both visitors and support staff.
