Wendy qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 and joined Sills & Betteridge as a Partner in 2024.
She has specialised in Commercial Property for most of her career and acts for a broad spectrum of clients ranging from sole traders, pension schemes and SME’s to larger national companies.
Wendy has extensive experience dealing with matters for both Landlords and Tenants, advising on new leases, assignments, conditional and unconditional agreements for lease and licences. She also deals with freehold sales and purchases for investors, owner occupiers and pension funds.
