Susan studied Law at Hull University before qualifying as a solicitor in 1989 and has worked as a solicitor specialising in property matters since that time.
Susan has a particularly broad experience of property and associated areas of practice having worked in private practice and local government during her career.
Susan acts on a wide-ranging spectrum of property related matters for both commercial and residential clients, including freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions, options and conditional sale contracts, secured lending and landlord and tenant matters (for both landlords and tenants). Susan also acts for developer clients and provides planning law advice, including negotiating planning agreements.
