Money awarded for damages will never take away the pain and suffering your have had to endure as a result of being injured. However, it can go some way to compensate you and make your recovery more comfortable.
The compensation we will seek to recover for you will include some or all of the following:-

- Damage to a vehicle or other property
- Temporary or permanent disablement
- The cost of medical treatment
- Any other losses incurred as a result of the accident· Any losses or expenses you expect to incur in the future, including loss of earnings if your ability to work is affected.
You should keep a note of any losses you incur as a result of your accident and keep receipts for any money that you have to spend no matter how little.
