The report reaffirmed that at Sills & Betteridge people come first, both clients and employees. Clients continue to be attracted and retained through strong client care and professionalism, and staff feel valued and well supported, both day to day and with their learning and development.
The report also highlighted the firm’s commitment to technology and innovation – it’s recent investment in a new practice management system clearly impacting very positively on both staff and client satisfaction.
