
Lindsay qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and specialises in children matters, representing parents and children in both public law proceedings where there is local authority involvement, also advising family members caring for children removed from their parents’ care. Lindsay also specialises in cases involving allegations of domestic abuse.
Lindsay is experienced in representing parents and children in complex cases, including those involving jurisdictional issues, sexual abuse, parental alienation and non-accidental injury.
She is a member of the Law Society Children’s Panel, and is accredited by Resolution as a specialist in private law children and domestic abuse.
Lindsay was shortlisted for the Family Legal Aid Lawyer of the year 2012 (Legal Aid Practitioners Group Awards) and named as one of Wales Online’s ’35 under 35 Women in Business’ in 2015.
She is a Trustee of South Lincolnshire Domestic Abuse Service (SOLDAS).
