Sue Ross

Sue Ross is a Licensed Conveyancer and is part of the residential property team at the Sleaford office.

Sue has worked in residential conveyancing for almost 30 years. She handles all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including buying and selling properties, right to buys, re-mortgages and property transfers.

Sills & Betteridge were acting as our conveyancing solicitor. Unfortunately the deeds for the property had been lost many years ago. I was pleased with the speed and efficiency shown by Sue Ross in reconstituting the deeds with the Land Registry, enabling the sale to proceed only a couple of weeks behind schedule. The team were courteous and helpful through out the process.
