Bill Miller – Crime Department
Bill Miller is a Solicitor in the Crime Department at our Lincoln office.
Bill rejoined Sills & Betteridge in 2009 after starting his legal career at the firm following his graduation from Nottingham University.
After qualifying as a solicitor, he practiced in partnership in Sleaford for some 30 years before returning to work back in Lincoln.
As a Consultant Solicitor in the Criminal Department of the firm, he specialises in representing clients at Police Stations and Magistrates Courts and has been a member of the Court and Police Station Duty Solicitor Scheme since its inception in 1994.
Bill also advises clients on Prison Law matters and has extensive experience of representing Service Personnel in Court Marshall Proceedings.
Bill has many years’ experience of representing clients in motoring cases, both in police station interviews and in magistrates courts which deal with offences such as speeding, careless and sometimes dangerous driving, and drink and drug driving matters.
