Sarah is part of the emergency team and works alongside Partner Chrystal Theofanous.
Sarah offers support to victims of domestic abuse and advises on what support we are able to offer in respect of applying for any emergency injunctions such as Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders. She is very passionate about supporting victims of domestic abuse and dedicates the majority of her time to this area of law - and any, often associated, private law and public law children matters.
She works closely with agencies and charities such as NCDV, Women’s Aid and EDAN Lincs who offer support to families who have suffered domestic abuse.
