Alan Rousseau

Alan joined Sills & Betteridge’s Residential Property Department in 2013. He is an Associate Conveyancing Executive.

With over 12 years of experience in dealing with residential property, Alan has dealt with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including the handling of Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership and Shared Equity Schemes, Buy to Let, Re-mortgages and Transfers of Equity.

Alan currently specialises in new build residential properties which includes a particular knowledge and dealing with the Help to Buy Scheme.

Having grown up in Lincolnshire, Alan has great local knowledge of the area, but his new build team take instructions nationally.
