Sills & Betteridge Solicitors are able to offer Legal Aid in relation to certain family matters. We will explore with you whether you qualify for Legal Aid. Eligibility depends on your circumstances and on your income and capital.

We hold Free Family Law Information Clinics in Lincoln, Grimsby and Scunthorpe for problems with Children’s Services, domestic abuse and contact issues.
Pre-booking is essential.

Nobody can prepare you for the impact of being thrown into the family court process. Before being represented by Jessica and her team at Sills & Betteridge, I felt petrified and completely out of my depth.
