Crime - Legal Aid

Legal Aid Solicitors

Do I qualify for Legal Aid ?

In many cases legal aid is available to cover your legal advice at the police station, representation at the Magistrates’ Court and in the Crown Court. We will be able to advise you at an initial interview whether legal aid is available for your case or, if it is not, we can provide you with a fixed fee or estimate so that you will be fully aware of the costs involved.

If you think you qualify for legal aid, please bring evidence of any benefits, income or capital which you may have, to enable us to proceed with your matters as soon as possible.
