Amy is a Paralegal in our Family Team.
With ten years’ experience, Amy deals with Public Law Care Proceedings across all court tiers, from Magistrates to County and High Courts, involving neglect, non-accidental injury, sexual abuse and substance misuse - and Private Law Children matters.
She also assists victims of domestic abuse by obtaining Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.
Amy prepares Court Applications, drafts legal documents, attends pre-proceedings meetings and attends Court to sit behind Counsel.
She holds the CILEX Level 3 Certificate in Family Law and Practice.
