Amy is a Senior Paralegal in our Family Team.
With over fourteen years' experience in family law, Amy specialises in Pre-Proceedings matters and Public Law Care Proceedings across all levels of the court system, including Magistrates', County and High Courts. She has extensive experience in cases involving neglect, non-accidental injury, sexual abuse and substance misuse, as well as Private Law Children matters. Amy is committed to ensuring that every client feels heard, supported and treated with compassion.
As part of the Emergency Family Team, Amy also assists victims of domestic abuse by obtaining Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders to provide urgent protection and support.
Amy advises clients on a wide range of family law matters, prepares court applications, drafts legal documents, attends pre-proceedings meetings and works closely alongside Counsel.
She holds the CILEX Level 3 Certificate in Family Law and Practice.
