April is a Chartered Legal Executive and CILEx Conveyancing Practitioner and works in the Commercial Property Team in Lincoln.
April has worked in Property Law since 2013. She has experience in a wide range of commercial property matters including leases (grants, surrenders, variations and assignments), property re-financing, easements and land acquisitions and sales.
April also undertakes complex first registrations at H M Land Registry and works closely with other senior members of the team on large, high value transactions.
