Beth is a Trainee Paralegal in the Wills, Trusts & Probate team, based in Sheffield.
She supports Josh Fenton-Hawkes and Erica Hancock on a wide range of private client matters, including estate planning, estate administration and trust registration.
Beth previously worked as a legal secretary at Bell & Buxton Solicitors, both prior to and following the firm’s merger with Sills & Betteridge in 2025. She also has experience working as a clerk in a barristers’ chambers.
Her role includes assisting with the preparation of Wills, drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and supporting applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.
Beth graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a first-class degree in History. She is currently completing her Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and plans to progress to qualification via the SQE.
