Charlotte Macmillan

Charlotte is a Solicitor in our Residential Property Department in Lincoln.

She assists Edward Sharpe with a range of property matters including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, transfers of equity and remortgages.

She joined Sills & Betteridge in October 2021 as a Legal Secretary and in September 2025 qualified as a Solicitor after completing her Training Contract with the firm.

Charlotte graduated from the University of Lincoln in 2020 with an Upper-Second Class Honours in Law. Charlotte studied the Legal Practice Course (LLM LPC) at Nottingham Law School part-time whilst working and completed this in 2023.

Charlotte's supervisor is Edward Sharpe .
