Diane Coultas & Alison Cargill were both amazing and on the ball all the time, answering all calls and emails even before 9am sometimes. It took a long time due to our buyer using an online solicitor and not local which was not good, (always use local) so I got to speak with them on a few occasions and also the reception team were great passing messages on. A great team well done
