Elaine is an Associate, Chartered Legal Executive (Litigator and Advocate) in our South Yorkshire team, a Resolution accredited specialist in private child law and domestic abuse matters and member of the Law Society Children Panel.
With extensive experience in children cases involving safeguarding concerns, parental disputes, allegations of domestic abuse and child arrangements, Elaine is known for providing clear, compassionate, and strategic advice during difficult circumstances.
As a Children Panel member, Elaine is qualified to act for children through their Children's Guardian in care and family proceedings.
Resolution accreditation recognises Elaine's expertise in children and domestic abuse cases and reflects her commitment to dealing with cases in a constructive, child-focused, and non-confrontational manner.
