My process of buying a house was long and slow due to other parts of the chains however Sills and Betteridge kept me sane and positive throughout the process. Faye was helpful, proactive, always responded to my emails efficiently and took the time to explain anything I didn’t understand. I am so glad we picked this company as our solicitors. The other companies were part of the problem in this process but I can honestly say the Faye lead the chain and ensured everyone was doing what they should have been. Faye was polite, and chatty and an easy to communicate with. I have used your services before and I would definitely use your services again.

On your side! Faye (and Fiona) have been absolutely brilliant and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Faye is super responsive, extremely diligent and also a lovely person. At every stage of the way I have felt like she has been on my side and not just there to do her job. Dealing with a tricky situation, and a slightly less than conventional transaction, Faye has really been the one person to take the stress out of the property purchase. And to boot, I was pleasantly surprised at the bill when it arrived. Worth every penny!
