Hayley is an Associate Conveyancing Executive in the Residential Property Department and based at the Lincoln office.

Hayley handles a variety of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of freehold property, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.

Sills & Betteridge in Lincoln was one of those recommended by the Estate Agent. They do pay a fee to the Estate Agent for these recommendations, which they were up front about (although not mentioned by the Estate Agent!). The people I dealt with were always helpful and I never felt that the sale was held up by them, so I have no regrets about using them.
