Helen Martindale

Helen has specialised in clinical negligence since 2009. After achieving her law degree at Nottingham Trent University, Helen began studying through The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and gained her Chartered Legal Executive qualification in 2015.

Helen has experience in dealing with a wide range of clinical negligence cases involving serious injury, the loss of a loved one and loss of financial dependency. She is passionate about helping clients to rebuild their lives and access the future care and treatment they need through an award of damages and ensures that during the claims process, clients are given all of the necessary support whether this be through rehabilitation or emotional support.

Actively involved with Franklin College in Grimsby, Helen has mentored numerous students, helping guide them through their studies and help them on their chosen career path and often attends the college to speak with the students.

Helen has also spent time volunteering and working with the Horizon Youth Zone. An exciting project in Grimsby which will see the opening of a brand new state of the art facility offering lots of opportunities for young people.
