Jess Barnes

Jess deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, new build purchases, shared ownership properties, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.

Jess runs her own caseload and assists Partner Tracy Wray. Jess's supervisor is Edward Sharpe

She currently holds her CILEX Level 3 Certificate in Law & Practice and is training to be a Chartered Legal Executive.

They remained professional and timely throughout, despite the momentarily tumultuous aspect of the final exchange and completion from the other solicitors, they kept me updated throughout and were always willing to answer any questions I had in an equally timely fashion.
