Katie Senio

Katie advises clients on lifetime and succession planning.

She deals with the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, obtaining Grants of Probate/Letters of Administration and the administration of estates and mitigating the impact of care home fees. Katie regularly makes outside visits in order to take instructions from clients that are unable to attend the office.

Katie has worked in this sector for over 8 years and now covers the firm’s Wath upon Dearne office.

Katie graduated from the University of Hull in 2011 with a Law LLB (Hons) degree. Katie went on to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive and further attained a distinction in the Legal Practice Course and Masters degree at The University of Law, Leeds. Katie attained dual qualification when admitted as a Solicitor in 2021.
