Megan is an Apprentice Solicitor in our Family Emergency Team.
Megan assists clients who need protection from domestic abuse, by obtaining protective orders including Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders. These can often be applied for and issued with the Court on an urgent basis.
She also advises in relation to matters concerning private children law, providing appropriate advice and completing applications to the Court where necessary. Such applications include Child Arrangements Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, Specific Issue Orders, Parental Responsibility and Declaration of Parentage.
Megan prides herself on providing a high-quality standard, ensuring her clients are kept up to date throughout the whole process, with compassion and support, to guarantee they have the protection they may require.
She regularly attends and supports victims of domestic abuse at local refuges and has good connections with domestic violence support services where she provides her expertise and support to both victims and professionals.
Megan holds a CILEX Paralegal qualification and a Certificate Of Higher Education in Legal Practice from BPP University. She is currently continuing her training to become a solicitor.
