Natalie is an Associate Solicitor in our Sheffield Commercial Property team.
She advises a range of real estate clients. These include investors, national broadcasters and developers which have ranged in size from PLCs to SMEs acquiring their first residential development and assisting with the subsequent site set-up.
She has particular experience in advising clients on the ongoing management of their property portfolios, which include lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), interpretation of leases, and advising on the validity and effect of break notices.
She also advises on all aspects of telecommunications and the electronic communications code.
Natalie's supervisor is Head of Commercial Property, Malachy McGill.
