Rachel Smith

Rachel is a Paralegal in our Wills, Trusts & Probate Team, working from our Nottingham office.

As a Paralegal, Rachel supports the department’s fee earners while also managing her own caseload. She advises clients on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and assists with a wide range of Probate matters.

Rachel graduated from the University of Nottingham in July 2023 with a 2:1 in Law (LLB).

She is currently studying with the College of Legal Practice and intends to qualify as a solicitor via the SQE route.
