Sam Price is a Partner specialising in commercial property work at our Sheffield office.
He joined the firm further to our merger with Bell & Buxton in 2025.
With his extensive knowledge, Sam is equipped to provide a comprehensive service to his clients on all property matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold residential matters;
- Commercial leases and business asset sale and purchases;
- Commercial re-financing;
- Commercial freehold acquisitions.
Sam also has experience in Corporate Law and has supported companies with property and business matters; this builds on his formal qualifications obtained at Nottingham Law School and his knowledge of Private Client work to provide a comprehensive service to our clients.
Sam is supervised by Malachy Mcgill.
