Simran Roy is an Executive in the Sheffield Wills, Trusts & Probate team. They began their career in 2019 and are currently studying to become a CILEX Lawyer through the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Simran specialises in all aspects of Estate Planning, including the creation of Wills and Trusts, Administration of Deceased Estates and Lasting Powers of Attorney. With a wide range of both technical and soft skills, they are able to provide their clients with comprehensive advice and bring an empathetic manner to their practice, taking time to understand the unique circumstances surrounding each client’s background to accurately reflect their wishes.
They consistently approach client problems with a thorough and methodical outlook, taking particular care with vulnerable individuals to provide them a compassionate and easy to understand guide through any legal processes involved with their case.
Outside of work, Simran enjoys figure skating, stand up comedy and working with young people in care through Change Grow Live, a charity focused on providing health and social care.
