Yana is an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation team. She advises businesses, organisations and individuals on a wide range of complex commercial, property and construction related disputes.
Qualifying in 2018, Yana has developed a strong reputation for providing practical and commercially focused advice, guiding clients through disputes from initial instruction to resolution. She has extensive experience managing litigation in the County Courts and tribunals, as well as resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
