Adam is a Litigation Executive in the Sheffield Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution team.
He joined the firm further to our merger with Bell & Buxton Solicitors in 2025.
Adam works closely with Karen Bower-Brown, who specialises in all aspects of Estate litigation such as:
- Contested Wills;
- Claims for financial provision;
- Executor disputes;
- Trust disputes;
- Financial abuse claims;
- Court of protection disputes.
Adam also assists Dax Keeling in dealing with general litigation matters such as:
- Professional negligence claims;
- Residential and commercial property disputes;
- Boundaries and rights of way;
- Trespass and adverse possession;
- Trust of Land disputes;
- Company and partnership disputes;
- Landlord & Tenant disputes;
- Debt claims.
Adam consistently approaches problems with an optimistic and thorough mindset, providing a high level of support to both his clients and colleagues. He also has an adept understanding of technology, which enables him to carry out tasks in a meticulous but efficient manner. He takes delight in offering clients a high level of service and is aware of how crucial communication is to clients.
Adam is currently undertaking a full-time degree in Business at the Open University and once graduated, he will aim to complete the SQE and qualify as a Solicitor.
