She has a very high success rate at representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings and handles claims from the start to finish. She has also negotiated many favourable and significant settlements, for both employees and employers.
She regularly represents clients on matters including discrimination, unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal.
Day to day she provides assistance and advice on all aspects of employment law, including drafting contracts of employment, policies and procedures, advising on disciplinaries and grievances, managing sickness absence, redundancies and restructures, varying terms and conditions of employment and Settlement Agreements. Aleks prides herself on providing thorough and timely advice and working with clients to find a commercially workable solution.
