I had the privilege of instructing Amy to work on the sale of my shared ownership property and purchase of a freehold. The sale transaction was not straight forward and took us 10 months to get it over the line due to the housing associations lack of input and the vendor's solicitors, who at one point, reached a conclusion that my shared ownership property was unmortgageable - Amy was able to point them to the facts and explain how this was untrue - wow, what a life saver! Amy persevered throughout and stayed positive, when at times we were finding it hard to stay positive about the sale ourselves. Our emails were responded to efficiently, with care and expertise. The communication was flawless and we truly felt looked after. Amy went above and beyond for us, often having to hand hold the other side on multiple occasions and we cannot thank her enough. Beside that, Amy is an extremely knowledgeable, reliable and diligent lawyer. You would be lucky to have Amy on your side!
