Bethan is a Trainee Solicitor in our Family Team.
Bethan assists clients who require protection from domestic abuse, by obtaining urgent applications for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders from the Court. She also assists with private law children matters. Most of her work includes drafting applications to the Court, liaising with other professionals, meeting with clients, and attending Court Hearings.
Bethan graduated from the University of Leicester where she received a 2:1 Honours degree in Law. Whilst studying her undergraduate degree, Bethan was actively involved in the Legal Advice Clinic as an advisor which involved her giving free legal advice to fellow students and to those who could not afford legal advice. She then completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, achieving a Distinction.
Her supervisor is Helen Derry.
