Danielle is a Solicitor in our Wills, Trusts & Probate department. She is based at our Spilsby office.
Danielle advises clients on lifetime and succession planning. She deals with the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, obtaining Grants of Probate/Letters of Administration and the administration of estates and mitigating the impact of care home fees. Danielle regularly makes outside visits in order to take instructions from clients that are unable to attend the office. Danielle is accredited under the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
