Ellinor Kilshaw

Ellinor is an Apprentice Solicitor in our Lincoln Residential Property Department.

Ellinor specialises in freehold residential sales and purchases, leasehold sales, transferof equity and re-mortgage matters.

She received a first class Law Degree which was obtained in 2024 from the Universityof Law. After graduating, Ellinor plans to commence the SQE to qualify as a solicitor inthe future.

Ellinor’s supervisor is Edward Sharpe.

The whole process from start to finish was so seamless and very professional. I especially like the secure portal to upload relevant sale documents and certificates etc. Then all documents are in one place for all relevant parties to see, avoiding searching around looking for email sent here or there with attachments.
