Helena is a Solicitor in the Commercial Department.
With a focus on national and international commercial contracts, Helena’s work involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sales and purchase agreements, distribution agreements, joint ventures, terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements, as well as handling data protection matters and supporting corporate transactional work.
Before joining Sills & Betteridge, Helena worked overseas for international commodity trading companies.
Helena is a native English and German speaker and is supervised by James Conduit.
