Isabel Jacques

Isabel is as a Solicitor in the Family Department.

Isabel specialises in Domestic Abuse cases and representing parents in Private Law Children and Public Law Children Matters.

She graduated with a 2:1 Honours degree in Law (LLB) in 2021 and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course and Masters of Law (LPC LLM) at Nottingham Law School in 2022, achieving a commendation.

She can provide advice and representation regarding the following:

  • Domestic Abuse Injunctions (Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders)
  • Public Law Children Matters (Care Proceedings, Public Law Outline (PLO) and Pre-Proceedings Meetings)
  • Private Law Children Matters (Child Arrangement Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders and Specific Issue Orders)

Isabel is very passionate about supporting victims of Domestic Abuse and the majority of her work includes drafting urgent applications to the Court, liaising with other professionals, meeting with clients and attending Court Hearings.

Her supervisor is Chrystal Theofanous.
