Jeffrey is a Trainee Solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial Department working in Lincoln and Nottingham.
With previous experience in major international law firms, where he assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions, investment funds formation, and initial public offerings, he now supports Partner James Conduit in transactional corporate and commercial work.
His diverse knowledge equips him to contribute to a wide array of corporate and commercial matters, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive legal support.
Before joining this department, Jeffrey gained experience with the firm's Corporate, Commercial Property, and Commercial Litigation teams, assisting with a wide array of matters.
In addition to English, Jeffrey is a native speaker of Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
