Kimberley is a Solicitor in the Wills, Trusts and Probate department.
She prepares Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications. Kimberley also acts for executors and administrators in obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration or assisting in the administration of estates. She works on a wide range of probate matters which include large shareholdings, unknown beneficiaries, and insolvent estates.
Kimberley sees to clients in the office, at home, in a care home or hospital setting, or by video.
She cross-qualified as a Solicitor in 2023, having qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive earlier that year.
