Sophia Whybrow

Sophia is an Apprentice Solicitor at our Gainsborough Office specialising in child arrangement disputes and domestic abuse.

Sophia joined the firm in February 2025 as part of the Family Emergency Team. Sophia advises clients in disputes concerning the care of children as well as obtaining non-molestation orders and occupation orders for victims of domestic abuse. Most of Sophia's work includes meeting with clients, completing Legal Aid applications, preparing applications to court and liaising with other professionals. 

She can also provide legal advice and assistance to parents who are involved with the Local Authority at Pre-Proceedings level.

Sophia obtained a Law degree from the University of Lincoln and is currently studying under the new SQE route to become a solicitor.

Her supervisor is Jessica Firth-Brown.
