Steven is a partner in the commercial property department.

Steven deals with a wide range of commercial property and agricultural transactions in particular those in the Skegness area and the wider East Lindsey district.

Whilst providing an extremely efficient service Steven is able to effectively assist with all aspects of a commercial property transaction including reporting on searches and title and negotiating contracts.

Steven specialises in sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold commercial property which have included vacant commercial property, property subject to tenancies and going concerns including shops, pubs, restaurants, guest houses, hotels, gyms, newsagents, cafes, holidays lets, tattoo parlours, mobile home parks and units on industrial sites.

Steven regularly deals with the sale and purchase of land used for agricultural purposes and bare land.

Steven also has extensive experience advising on leasehold  transactions acting for both tenants and landlords on the grant of new leases, landlords, assignees and assignors on assignments of existing leases and landlords and tenants on surrenders of leases.

Steven’s varied areas of work also includes assisting on conditional contracts, overage agreements, option agreements, deeds of easement, legal charges, guarantees, grazing licences, licences to occupy and assured shorthold tenancy agreements.
