Grace O’Neill – Family Department
Grace O’Neill is a Paralegal in the Emergency Team within the Family department.
Grace has worked at Sills & Betteridge since leaving school in 2007. She started as an Office Assistant and went on to obtain an NVQ in Business & Admin, Levels 2 and 3. Grace moved on to become a receptionist in the Family department for about a year before becoming a secretary to Chrystal Theofanous. She slowly gained experience within the department assisting Chrystal and Rachel Maclean as their Paralegal. Today, Grace not only assists Chrystal and Rachel with their caseload, but also manages her own files which include Injunctions, Divorces and cases which involve Social Services. Grace continues to assist the fee earners she works closely with by preparing for Court cases, handling case loads, drafting documents and letters and all other administrative duties. Grace also has Certificates in Legal Research Skills, Client Care Skills and a Level 3 Certificate in Family Law and Practice.
