This was our second house purchase, and both times we used Faye as our conveyancer. When you're buying a house, the last thing you want is delays coming from your side of the chain and with Faye, that was never an issue. Her response times were consistently fast, and she kept things moving at every stage, chasing up the other parties and keeping us informed without us ever having to chase her. A special mention too for her assistant Fiona, who was involved through a lot of the day to day communication and chasing, and did so brilliantly.
Having been through the process twice now with Faye, it's clear this isn't a one off she's reliable, communicative, and clearly knows how to keep a purchase on track. We recently referred a friend to them as well, who have had a speedy purchase, nearing completion and have said what a great service they had also.
Would recommend Faye without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a house.
