Regional law firm Sills & Betteridge has again secured The Law Society’s respected LEXCEL accreditation.
It is the 17th year the firm has achieved the accreditation, demonstrating once more its commitment to high standards of practice management and client care.
Areas rigorously assessed include business management, strategy and planning, compliance and risk management, client care and learning and development.
The report reaffirmed that at Sills & Betteridge people come first, both clients and employees. Clients continue to be attracted and retained through strong client care and professionalism, and staff feel valued and well supported, both day to day and with their learning and development.
The report also highlighted the firm’s commitment to technology and innovation - it’s recent investment in a new practice management system clearly impacting very positively on both staff and client satisfaction.
Chief Executive Martyn Hall says “We are pleased to once again retain the LEXCEL accreditation which recognises the Firm’s ongoing commitment to continuously improve standards, staff development and client service."
